Those look like one of the colored chrome Jawbreakers that Optiek van Gorp has made this past year. Will need to see more pics to validate.

He had that color scheme in Radar EV's first and then broke out the Jawbreakers at the beginning of the month it seems.

Yeah OVG has had them available for sale in several models (Jawbreaker and Radar EV over the last several months). Nice to see them in the peloton.
