XS 24K Missing Serial Number

Hey All,

I just picked up this XS 24K without the original bag box or coin. I’m curious because while it has the correct sku and frame measurements, the serial number (xxx/750) is missing even though I know they’re completely authentic. Were there pairs made that did not have serial numbers? I have attached pics of the inside of the stems. Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks!
