US customs hold up....

hi there,

Shipping from U.K. to US of a pair of sunglasses.

Package held at customs asking for the following:

IRS information from importer
Drop ball test
Manufacturers name and address
Device listing number
FDA registration number
Intended use letter

Can anyone help point me in the right direction as it's urgent?

Since it is a US made item shouldn't everything they need be in the papers that come with the Romeo? Several members here have NIB samples and should be able to scan them?

There was no papers with the product except for the usual shipping invoices.

Just seems strange as I have shipped others to US without issues!

That might be the reason they are holding it. Normally they don't check, but if you get a rules nazi checking it they might require documentation. The original paperwork for a Romeo should cover their needs I think.
