Swap matte black frame with matte black lenses?

They are pristine, but without boxes. I have one that has a box and is like new, but the foam is crap in the box.
They will all have a Oakley micro bag.
My P1’s are all like new

So the "matte black" are the ones that are actually black & grey?

Yeah. They have a matte black O-matter frame with silver plates.
