I should Work at Oakley
Really excited to receive all 6 pairs of frames I have sent out to sample each of the current 6 available mirrored lenses in the Transitions XTRActive line In my Rx. My first impressions are that all mirrored hues appear to have a permanent faint tint to them and become more pronounced depending on the angle. Non of the 6 colors appear to become permanently clear indoors, even at night. The silver mirror lens may be the closest to “appear” clear when indoors but even then, would still resemble a Titanium Clear iridium effect. I’d like to share a comparison photo of all 6 lens colors in both indoor and activated state. I’ve elected using a grey base for all of them since I prefer neutral colors versus contrast if I had gone with the bronze base. Enjoy.
First up is a satin black Overlord paired with the gold mirrored lens:

here we have the matte grey Scavenger paired with pink mirro:

next up is a satin chrome Holbrook Ti paired with silver mirror:
activated silver lens mimics more of chrome iridium than black iridium
next is a polished gold Elmont L paired with green mirror:
activated
lastly we have the satin chrome Moonshoot paired with blue mirror. The indoor appearance resembles clear lenses with the blue light coating.
activated blue mirror looks more ice iridium than sapphire.
